More About Me

As an Alexandria native who grew up in Old Town, I know this town.  In 2005, after a 17-year tenure in local banking, I transitioned into real estate.  It was a relatively easy move because I’m following in the footsteps of my late mother, who built a long and distinguished career at McEnearney.  I’m pleased to continue her legacy in a city I cherish, by bringing my clients customized service and care – just as she did.

As a top-performing real estate agent at McEnearney Associates, I draw upon my extensive banking experience to help my clients make important financial decisions related to buying or selling a home.  Clients put their trust in me and I return that confidence by being approachable and accessible.  A real estate transaction is a huge decision, and I want to help my clients make the right one.

As a listing agent, I offer sellers another pair of eyes to go through their house and make recommendations on how to best present it.  I point out where they can add value and I incorporate those points into the marketing of the property.  My job is to make the sale go as smoothly and rewarding as possible.

For many years I have actively volunteered and held leadership positions with both the Historic Alexandria Foundation’s Antique Show and the Washington Antiques Show; the Alexandria Red Cross; and my alma maters: St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes School, and Hollins University.  I’m also a member of the Garden Club of Alexandria and have been actively involved with the Historic Garden Week tour.    My husband and I love to cook, garden, and entertain, and our daughter keeps us busy with school and her extracurricular activities.  Anchor

I welcome the opportunity to work with new clients and to assist with their real estate buying or selling needs.  I am very easy to work with, accessible, and ready to help my clients find the perfect home!
